This policy outlines the framework for engaging, mentoring, and evaluating SIWES students to ensure a mutually beneficial experience that enhances their educational journey while contributing to the company’s objectives.

Objectives of the Policy
The primary objectives of this policy are:
- To provide practical work experience to SIWES students in a professional environment.
- To enhance the skills and knowledge of students through hands-on training.
- To foster a culture of learning and development within E15 Technologies Limited.
- To evaluate potential future employees through their performance during the internship.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for an internship at E15 Technologies Limited under the SIWES program, students must meet the following criteria:
- Must be enrolled in an accredited institution pursuing a degree or diploma in relevant fields such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Must have completed at least two years of academic study prior to applying for an internship position.
- Must possess basic technical skills relevant to their field of study.
Application Process
The application process for SIWES students will include:
- Submission of a formal application letter
- An interview process conducted by designated staff members to assess suitability and fit within the company culture.
- Selection based on merit
Orientation Program
Upon acceptance into the program, all SIWES students will undergo an orientation program that includes:
- Introduction to company policies, procedures, and workplace culture.
- Overview of departmental functions and expectations.
- Health and safety training specific to their roles.
Mentorship Structure
Each SIWES student will be assigned a mentor who will:
- Provide guidance throughout the internship period.
- Conduct regular check-ins to discuss progress and address any challenges faced by the student.
- Offer constructive feedback on performance and areas for improvement.
Each SIWES student must have completed these before the end of their tenure:
- Every student undergoing the SIWES program there MUST graduate from the organization’s WordPress training academy with a solid project done without supervision. This is to ensure that the students are equipped with skills to help them earn a living for themselves
Every SIWES student must have a minimum of two globally recognized certification in their respective field of study to aid their search for high ticket jobs in their respective academic field.
Performance evaluations will occur at mid-term and end-of-term intervals. The evaluation process will include:
- Setting clear objectives at the beginning of the internship.
- Regular feedback sessions between mentors and students.
- A final assessment report summarizing achievements, skills acquired, and recommendations for future development.
E15 Technologies Limited may offer stipends or other forms of compensation based on budgetary considerations. Additionally, benefits may include:
